Generally speaking, pancakes are made by baking dough in a pan, and are said to be the first form of bread and baked goods.

Pancakes became popular in Japan after the Meiji period, but their origins are very old, dating back to before Christ. Over their long history, pancakes have been popular in many places around the world, and unique recipes have been created. There are many different types of pancakes, from sweet pancakes eaten as a snack to savory pancakes eaten as a meal.

Our pancakes are original, invented by our founders Les Hiett and Elma Hunieg after studying pancake recipes popular in the United States and other countries. You can enjoy them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even as a dessert.

Founders Les Hiett and Elma Huniek have used their many years of cooking experience and extensive research into pancake recipes eaten at home and abroad to come up with an original recipe without compromise. Based on this recipe, the pancake batter is prepared in our kitchen every day. We use traditional natural yeast and leave it to ferment for three days in a strictly temperature-controlled room. This process gives our pancakes their light, pleasant texture. Butter and sauces are also handmade in our shop every day. With such generous time and effort, we are able to create a gentle taste with almost no additives.

Founded in 1953, Original Pancake House is now known to everyone in America. The recipes that founders Les Hiett and Erma Huniek developed over a long period of time have become popular all over America. The reason why it continues to be loved is its quality, which is unmatched.

We are proud of our food and continue to protect that old American style.

Since our founding, our number one priority has been to "serve the best food." At the beginning of the day, we actually eat the food ourselves and check various things to ensure that it is the best food. To make

people smile through the best food. That is our unchanging wish and joy.

Founded in 1953, the Original Pancake House is now known to everyone in the U.S. Its deliciousness continues to be loved by many customers at 140 stores across the U.S.
