The place is actually called Sosaku Udon Hoshino. The best udon I've ever had! It's a small, family owned and operated restaurant, and there is no English signage in the front. Google map it, it's across the street from Nagai Park, near the Nagai subway station. We ordered the curry udon and the traditional kitsune udon. They came in huge bowls, but you will end up finishing it. The curry udon was not too spicy but tasted great. The udon had perfect texture and the curry was piping hot. The star of the show was the traditional udon. The soup was amazing and had so many flavors perfectly blended into the soup. Tons of wakame seaweed and a good piece of aburaage (deep fried tofu).
