Kyoto Kamo Soba Tada (Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture) was opened by Mr. Shibata, the owner of the restaurant, who has been involved in various types of restaurants such as standing izakaya bars and karaoke bars, with the idea of creating a restaurant that customers visiting Kyoto would enjoy. The tsuke-soba noodles, which are served in the restaurant's excellent location with antique Italian furniture, are thick and impactful and made in house. The noodles are served on a large stone stone, and the visual appeal of the dish makes it tempting to take a picture of it.

The homemade broth is made from a blend of five types of dried bonito flakes and honjozo thick soy sauce, and finished with boiled dried chicken oil. The restaurant offers a variety of toppings such as seaweed, green onions, tenkasu, and other condiments on the table. In addition to the signature dish, salted duck tsuke-soba, other popular dishes include a tender duck oyako-don (parent and child rice bowl) made with the restaurant's signature broth and kakuni tsuke-soba (tsuke-soba with simmered pork belly) topped with tender pork belly. In the future, the restaurant plans to develop souvenirs that can be enjoyed by people all over Japan, so you may be able to enjoy the taste of the restaurant at home as well.
